#3534: Bias on/off button should be turned into a toggle button, and label

 The bias on/off button should really be a toggle button, with an unpressed
 version, and a pressed version, and the pressed version is an highlighted
 version of the unpressed. So the button allways wears the "bias on" icon.

 The label could also be more direct, like "Turn on Bias", "Turn off Bias",
 but again, no expert lives on this side :)

 P.S. - Forgot to mention, I got the ok to file these two bugs by eben on
 irc
