 The tooltips of the Buttons in the Measure toolbox, say "click for
 DC","click for frequency base", but since the user should already know
 that buttons are clickable :) it could explain more subjectively what the
 action does, thus use "switch to DC", "Switch to Frequency Base".

 P.S. - In this last one, perhaps there is a better way to explain what the
 button will do, than just "switch to". Since I don't know much about
 electronics, I'll leave that to the experts like you to solve (if it needs
 solving).
