Regards priority, I note that at least with the old TamTam, and a small
number (~3) of users at the young end of the target audience,
- TamTam was perhaps the most popular app,
- multiple key mashing was common,
- this bug occurred frequently (order 10 minutes).
A workaround exists - running your finger along the key rows, until you
hit the non-terminating note, and it stops. But I'm not sure this is an
discoverable strategy. Exiting the app seems more likely to be used.
My main concern is this might create negative feedback events which
discourage exploration.
But the new TamTamJam interface appears to be targeting an older audience,
so youger appeal, and thus bug occurrence, may now be lower (and I've no
idea what the trial demographics are).
A Priority:low may be appropriate. I simply note that in one particular
tiny test group, the problem occurred surprisingly often.
