 So after discussion on IRC it is now the responsibility of the activity
 itself to set the current title into the _NET_WM_NAME hint. See
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activity_DBus_API#X_Properties

 Filed #3516 for etoys, leaving this open for Browse and other activities.
