 Need to disable this to stop auto-creating Mesh Portals; this was disabled
 a few weeks ago but it got back in when J5 came back from vacation (I
 don't have git commit to pilgrim and the local change probably got
 overwritten).

 People can still turn it back on fairly easily from the command line if
 they can get root.
