 uninvite/ implements that for Gabble (not yet reviewed).

 When we accept the invite and then leave, the activity doesn't disappear
 from the mesh view. Will investigate.

 When we receive an invite and its sender leave the activity before we
 accept it, the activity disappear from the mesh view as expected but not
 from the activity bar. I suppose that's because the toolbar doesn't remove
 the invite if the initiator leave the activity.
