 We need to figure out how to give feedback to user that he can't start
 activities anymore.

 Even more importantly before enabling something like this we need to make
 sure that the logic to calculate free memory and display it to user is
 solid (it had issues last time I tried it). Otherwise I think the feature
 would be more confusing than useful.

 I think for Trial-3 we should focus on making the memory logic solid, to
 test it well and spend some design time to figure out the exact UI
 feedback. Then we can consider the feature for FRS.

 #2321 pretty much cover this issue, btw.
