 I had build 575 installed and then downloaded 579 in order to get the
 recently re-added library.  After the install I went to browse to see the
 library.  But all I saw was the old page with the google/redhat/olpc
 logo's.  I then went to the /Library directory and noticed that all the
 Library directories were there; /Atlas, /Biology etc.  All that was
 missing was the correct index.html.  I asked on irc and someone else had
 installed a copy of build 579 without using the backup feature.  They said
 they they got the correct index.html (the one with the library toolbar and
 options) installed by default.  To fix this problem I replaced my
 index.html with http://dev.laptop.org/pub/content/library/index.html and
 the library now works perfectly.
