#3444: Allow custom key/mousebindings in Write

Write currently allows the use of keybindings such as CTRL-N (new file),
CTRL-S (save), etc. All the bindings from normal AbiWord will still work
in Write.
We need a way to map key/mousebindings to Sugar's needs. For example,
CTRL-S could for example be the same as using the 'Keep' button. Right now
we can't do that. CTRL-S will always show a normal File Save dialog.
Within AbiWord we already agreed on a design on how to do this. Nothing
but something VERY ugly and experimental code has been written to see if
it could be done at all (it can).
