 This feature comes from Walter and we believe it will relieve the pressure
 to have a bulletin board in the short term.

 The use case is:
 Student opens the record activity and creates 4 or 5 pictures. He wants to
 share just one of the pictures with his friend. He drags this picture to
 the clipboard and saves it to the Journal. From the journal when he clicks
 on this picture, he can rename it, and open a 'share' pull down (just like
 the ones within an activity).

 When he shares this in the neighborhood, everyone sees this icon and when
 his friend clicks on it, it gets opened with Record and he can see it.

 Marco/Tomeu - we need to scope out this feature to see how much work it
 will be, and maybe we'll try to get it in before closing Trial-3. We
 understand this is a feature -- but we don't know how big it is or how
 risky to the rest of the code base.

 For Trial-3 we first need some analysis of what is needed.
