 Bug #3430 now exists for "native" IPv6, with whatever priority jg thinks
 is appropriate.  Retitling and focusing this bug on getting our services
 IPv6-accessible.

 I think the next step for this bug should be to conduct an inventory to
 find out (a) which services currently listen to the IPv6 address, and (b)
 which clients will properly fall back if IPv6 is broken.  That will help
 us figure out the scope and severity of this task.
