http://translate.fedoraproject.org/ is starting to use transifex to check
in translations directly to the repositories. In the following days
they'll be able to enable more modules to use the system.

To be able to use the system we to give access to one user (or one group)
to all the git modules on d.l.o which requires translation.

 Dimitris suggests that:

"For increased security, you can ask the admins to limit this user's
access to specific modules, and even files ('po/*'). Also, a good idea
would be to get notifications about commits from this user."

I think we should give this ticket high priority, it should improve a lot
 the current translation work flow.
