Comment(by smcv):

 Is this still a Trial-3 blocker and is it reproducible? If Presence
 Service changes are needed, please either tell us how to reproduce it, or
 provide logs (activity, presence service, Gabble, Salut) from the activity
 initiator and from the participant who failed to join. At the moment we
 can't tell what failed or why, so there's not a lot we can do about it.
