 When I went and started a past Chat from the Journal, I kinda expected
 that it would launch Chat, with the history chat log visible.
 Although it currently doesn't let the kid copy text from the chat , which
 is very usefull and letting it open in Write is good, being able to
 continue the same chat is also very usefull.

 Since a chat could be stopped and continued, the number of chats on the
 Journal would decrease, making them more usefull and organized. This would
 effectively allow persistent group chats like mentioned in #3310 (comment
 3).
