 Currently OLPC Fax system is a laptop in a colo and an HP Sender device.
 For greater reliability we would like to replace this with a dedicated Fax
 appliance. Michalis has done some research and recommends purchasing a
 Multitech Fax Appliance. This device has nifty features like DID
 (distinctive ring) support that will allow us to have multiple fax phone
 numbers on a single line.
