Comment:

 Three chips showing the problem were sent back to Marvell.   There are
 unconfirmed rumors that Marvell will be changing their ATE testing to
 detect the problem in chip manufacturing, saving us the effort of
 reworking the MB.
 We are seeking confirmation of this.
