 ~olpc/.sugar.debug should contain PRESENCESERVICE_DEBUG=1, to enable
 presence service debug logs when it's sourced by ~olpc/.xinitrc.

 There are probably other subsystems that could benefit from being logged
 like this - shell and shellservice spring to mind.
