Comment:

 I also have build 575 installed.  The problem seems to affect all of the
 Tamtam components.  I opened Synthlab and then TamTamJam.  The sound
 worked in Synthlab the whole time, but never in TamTamJam.  TamTamJam
 didn't even regain it's sound when I closed SynthLab.  It was only after I
 restarted the program that the sound in it worked again.
