 This should avoid confusing users who aren't online or connected to a
 school sever. I'm thinking of a separate section at the bottom of the page
 that says "Look for your school server: [link to
 http://schoolserver/index.html]" <br> Look for the global Internet: [link
 to global Activities page].  This covers the bug to add a link to a global
 activity list for finding/downloading new collections.
