 We've checked in some fixes for the Presence Service for tonight's build
 which may fix this.

 If the clustering isn't working, check the buddy CurAct column in the
 presence service debugger (Alt+=, Presence tab, bottom half) to find out
 what the PS thinks everyone's current activity is. If the buddies you
 think should be clustered all have the same current activity ID, but they
 are not in fact clustered, then it must be a UI bug; if the buddies have
 the wrong current activity ID, it's a PS bug.
