 Build 570

When I upgraded to b570 (as well as a few others), there was a nasty
result in that the activities didn't show up and/or the journal didn't
show up. Another time the activites showed up in the task bar but many of
 them did not start up.

Scott suggested that this is probably due to activities and sugar not
being clear about what exactly is preserved in a backup and restore during
 upgrade.

We need a proclamation about what should be in /home/olpc/; whether that
entire directory will be preserved; and what else will or will not be
preserved over an upgrade. Then we need to document that for all activity
 developers.

This is being assigned to Jim to coordinate all the different people who
need to know and who can supply input. Probably the result should be
documented on the activity developer's pages.

Probably needs to be done for FRS, but maybe the first thoughts should be
 documented for trial-3
