 When you first log in to the server with Gabble and call
 GetCurrentActivity() on a contact, you always get nothing, even if they
 have a current activity. If they do something to change their current
 activity after you've logged in, however, you'll see the change happen.

 This is because Gabble needs to do an explicit query for the current
 activity PEP node (with <iq type="get">), if no current activity node has
 been received for that contact over the lifetime of this connection. It
 shouldn't have to - this is a server bug - but fixing Gabble is quicker
 than fixing ejabberd.

 This is equivalent to one of the fixes I made to PEP nickname handling for
 0.5.14.
