 The activity info file should allow each activity to specify its default
 tab. If it is not specified, it should default to 'activity'. Most
 activities will have a more meaningful default.

 Individual bugs will be written for today's activities as to the right
 default. This bug is to ensure that this info gets defined as part of the
 activity api info. default_tab=x
