 At present, "Private" and "invite-only" are experientially the same thing.
 Any activity should allow anyone in the specified scope or specifically
 invited to see/join it.  As such, a private activity should implicitly
 become an "invite-only" activity as soon as someone is invited to it, as
 Marco mentioned.
