 Patch attached. This simply considers "buddy goes offline" to imply "buddy
 stops advertising all activities".

 Times this patch comes into action include:

 * someone else's XO shuts down with activities open

 * someone else's XO loses connectivity with activities open

 * someone else quits jhbuild with Alt+Q or Ctrl+C
