Comment:

 Why is this high priority?  Why does this need to be done by First
 Deployment?  There is a perfectly acceptable and documented solution in
 place, and people outside of 1cc can do the work to make it easier if they
 like.  Further, this whole process is likely to change once the developer
 key infrastructure is in place.  I'm changing this to low priority.
