Comment:

 Assigning it back to Tomeu so he can look at these logs. I have
 experienced this as well -- not sure if it happens when there are lots of
 items on the USB stick; or perhaps items that it doesn't know what to do
 with (folders?)...

 If these logs don't tell you anything, perhaps you can suggest a specific
 test scenario.
