 To reproduce:  Invoke the frame, and hover over the Neighborhood zoom
 level button in the upper left until the palette appears.  You'll note
 that the icon/palette has a gray border, but that this border does not
 appear at the left edge of the icon. I assume this is because the left
 edge of the frame is in front of the border.
