 I sometimes write a new ticket here in trac and press submit.  But
 occasionally it has been three minutes before it will accept the ticket
 (it says ticket opened 3 minutes ago when it finally loads the accepted
 ticket)  It also submits duplicate tickets at the same time for some
 reason.  (I'm sure I didn't press the submit button twice the last time it
 did this)
