 We already check that we have enough space.

 Library/ wasn't included in the backup because, at the time the script was
 written, each build included a new library package, and preserving the old
 one every upgrade would have meant that a new library was never fetched.

 Now that the library is a separate bundle, we can remove the exclusion of
 Library/ in the backup script.
