 Title pretty much says it, but here are the steps...

 Two laptops on same mesh network. Laptop one starts the Chat activity.
 Laptop two joins via the mesh view. Laptop one is told that laptop two
 joined the chat, and both can talk. When laptop two leaves, laptop one is
 told this. However, when laptop two joins the chat again, laptop one is
 not informed of this. Again, both can talk. Also, when laptop two leaves
 this time, laptop one is not notified.

 One other problem is that laptop two can no longer join the chat from the
 mesh view; the symbol is no longer there.
