 Browse currently loads an index page from /home/olpc/Library ; it should
 load this instead from within its own context (and the default page should
 be distributed with Browse).  To make this work with our plans for storing
 activity data in the near future, this should perhaps be read from
 $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/data/ at runtime, and installed with the Browse
 activity if one were to download it (into something like
 /home/olpc/.sugar/default/org.laptop.Browse/data today).
