 Also, it seems that we really need some feedback if this is the case.  If
 something with an .xo extension doesn't install properly, then we need to
 give feedback to that effect, so that the kid expecting an icon to appear
 in the frame isn't left wondering.  We talked about needing affirmation
 feedback as well, so it seems that we should have a dialog following an
 attempted install regardless of the outcome.
