Comment:

 We're reopening, to remind ourselves of this bug: it will come back again
 when we update gstreamer and/or the kernel someday, unless upstream has
 resolved this, and we win automatically.

 It's not a camera bug, in a formal sense, though it may be depending on
 what upstream does, modifications might have to happen then.
