#4507: booting with USB ethernet plugged in

Comment(by ypod):
It looks like the USB ethernet gets precedence over the wireless interface
and gets assigned the "eth0" and the wireless goes to "eth1", when booting
with the USB ethernet plugged in. I tested this with build/firmwares
572/q2d02, 622/q2d02 and 623/q2d03.
In all cases, X server fails to start with the following message:
AUDIT: Wed Oct 31 00:14:21 2007: 1669 X: client 1 rejected from local host
(uid 500)
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
It looks like some service is not happy to find a wired interface on eth0,
or is not happy to find the wireless on eth1.
For some reason, on build 622/q2d02, the X server started correctly a
couple of times (having booted with the USB ethernet plugged in), but I
cannot reproduce this "correct" behavior anymore.
