Comment:

 Marking it as low priority was intentional.

 The frequency of this problem is extremely low --- we've only seen it once
 over all the suspend/resume testing being done.   Thus there is little
 chance of replicating it to further diagnose it.

 I would hate to have such an infrequent problem be a blocker.   This is
 where the "scalar importance" model of Trac fails us.   In Bugzilla, I
 would have called this a high severity, low priority bug.   If it happens,
 it is severe (the laptop becomes a brick until all power is removed), but
 it doesn't happen often enough right now to chase down.
