 Booting with USB ethernet plugged in probably gives a hard time to the
 NetworkManager:
 wireless goes to -> eth1
 USB ethernet to -> eth0

 and the X server won't start!

 Plugging USB ethernet AFTER machine has booted:
 wireless goes to -> eth0
 USB ethernet to -> eth1

 everything works normally.
