 Etoys uses the private key in ~/.sugar/profile/owner.key for signing its
 projects. I suspect access to that file will go away when security is
 enabled. I either need to know where to look for that file, or have some
 API to access the key. Simplest seems to include the private key when
 asking the presence service for the properties of the owner, which already
 includes the public key.
