Comment:

 Assigning to Walter as he will be reviewing these.

 The use case is: a child downloads an activity that has been sugarized. It
 will let him share with neighborhood. But if the activity has not
 implemented any sharing features, nothing will happen when his friend
 clicks on the neighborhood view. It is mis-leading and disappointing to
 the user.

 Probably not an XM release.
