 Unless we totally rewired things for C2 the EC does not do the lid switch.
 We made some changes so it can generate wakeups if if sees the lid switch
 change.  But the lid switch goes to the southbridge.  I guess its possible
 that some parts got loaded that were not supposed to?

 I'll keep the bug but I'm marking it as hardware.  From the above report
 it seems like the 'lid' program is reading the GPIO directly and and on a
 C2 its just not changing.

 Where can I find the sources for this 'lid' tool?
 Its the lid switch IO line actually changing?
