 Measure consumes an extra 40% of the laptop's memory when left running
 overnight. This will prevent the long-term data gathering that was
 intended to be used for things like weather.

 Possibly useless detail:

 I was trying to reproduce #4355. I started the Browser, then Terminal,
 then Measure. All were left running. The Browser may have grown, but not
 much. It's between 25% and 30% right now. The Terminal appears to be
 minimum size, not having grown at all. Measure started near the minimum
 size, perhaps 15%. Measure is now at about 55%.

 It's been about 11 hours.
