#4466: EC hang after large number of suspend/resumes

A C2 motherboard (MAC 00:17:c4:02:2d:01) running q2d01 crashed and powered
off after around 1100 cycles of suspend/resume testing (woken up by the
WLAN). We were not able to power the machine back on.
Gary Chiang determined that the EC had crashed (it still had power, but
showed no access to the SPI flash --- where its code lives.) It might
have been in deep sleep, but pressing the power button had no effect.
The kernel log indicates that it crashed after printing "Restarting
tasks..." --- very late in the resume process.
Running kernel 2.6.22-200671022.3.olpc and build 617.
