#4461: journal gets out of sync when it can not display entry

I have an ogg vorbis (dev.laptop.org/~erikos/chain.ogg) file which is
recognized with the mime type audio/x-oggvorbis. Since we have not defined
that one in sugar the journal will not be able to display the
corresponding icon for that type and the journal get out of sync - means
another entry get doubled or similar strange things.

We can display a generic icon like we do for the 'application-octet-
stream' icon in this case but I am not sure this is the right thing to do
(you will end up with an entry that you can not resume but apart from that
it is fine). The question is now how to handle this case best.
