 Changing the settings in /etc/sysconfig/i18n does not change the language
 settings in sugar. It does work for the terminal activity for example and
 LANG is set correctly to the desired one.

 This is joyride 102, i did restart X and tried a reboot but seems that it
 has nothing to do with that. This worked before for me (in the non-joyride
 builds).
