 When the pdf fails to load, evince will not be initialised. Because of
 this during close, write_file() will fail too, and the Activity will not
 close.

 This also happens when the user starts Read from the terminal with 'sugar-
 launch Read'

 write_file should contain a try ... catch to make sure the Activity always
 closes.

 read_file / _load_document should handle exceptions more gracefully,
 perhaps even inform the user that the document can't be read.
