 The latest battery class in the kernel seems to only be partially
 understood by HAL in our builds; lshal --monitor doesn't show any events
 for AC adapter online/offline, and is totally ignoring the AC adapter
 device.  Needs investigation.

 (If this blocker remains unfixed, OHM can't make any decisions based on
 whether we're on AC power or not.)
