 The -new-protocol branch of Salut (which is included in the -olpc1.0
 branch from which we're taking snapshots) isn't yet ready for code review.
 Remaining tasks:

 - Error handling in the high level protocol

 - Make senders signal failure on protocol violations and timeout
 discovering name

 - Make senders signal failure on lack of progress from them

 When these are done, someone (probably smcv or gdesmott) needs to review
 the branch for memory leaks etc. so we can merge it to HEAD, reducing
 divergence and improving maintainability in future.
