Comment:

 Reassigning to Rob because he's already done a partial review (I hadn't
 realised he had a userID here). Rob and/or Daf needs to do the review,
 since Guillaume and I wrote the branch in question.

 Also reassigning to Never Assigned, although this should really be done
 before 1.0 if possible to maximize supportability.
