#4428: At first boot, frame should show itself before hiding

 As it currently is in Joyride, the 4 arrows are a complete unknown the
 first time a kid boots into sugar. Bringing back the very old behaviour of
 Sugar booting with the frame being shown, then hiding, would make the
 arrows relate more with the frame (since to the user, they would be
 visible after the frame hides initially).
 Also, when the frame hasn`t been activated once, it takes over a minute to
 make it appear with cursor on corner. Even with the arrows explicitelly
 pointing to the corners, I don`t know if this will be an initial source of
 confusion.
 I`ll open a new bug regarding this last bit.
