Comment:

 Build 617 and 618 have q2d01 in them.  This is mostly harmless, as secure
 boot won't attempt to "upgrade" to an older firmware, but it is rather
 sloppy.  I also need to be careful not to sign the bootfw in 618, since
 signing q2d01 with the MP key would be Bad Thing for security.  When I
 resign 618 with the MP key, I will probably swap out q2d01 for q2d02.

 So my oversight is unfortunate, but I can work around it.  Leaving the bug
 open in case there's a 619.
